I recently had the opportunity to photograph Guru Jagat of Ra Ma Institute for The Numinous. I had no idea what to expect... I'd never met a Guru before.
Turns out, Gurus are pretty awesome. If Guru Jagat's presence in a photo session is any indicator of what kind of energy she brings to Ra Ma then I would highly suggest checking out her classes (her website is great too if you're not in LA). She is a lovely, funny, and grounded human being with refreshingly honest banter... and stylish. Guru Jagat has got some STYLE.
